Time Travel?

Time travel is the substance of myths and legends, or is it? With the advancement of Quantum Theory, strange things occur on planes that we don’t quite understand. Or what about the 1500-year-old mummy from The Center of Cultural Heritage of Mongolia discovered wearing Adidas shoes? (Jan.2018)

In a Huffington Post article a Wyoming man alleged to have time traveled back from the year 2048, claimed a warning message of pending alien invasion. Bryant Johnson told Casper, WY police, that aliens were coming in 2018 and that we should prepare to leave. Johnson who was allegedly under the influence claims that the aliens filled him with alcohol. He was taken to a detention facility without further incident.

Two brothers Al Bielke and Duncan Cameron claimed to have time travelled in 1943 to the year 2137. The brothers had worked in the USS Eldridge, a top-secret navel ship. It was on duty aboard the ship that the brother’s claimed that they were transported through time, landing in a highly advanced society. Netflix’s hit show, Stranger Things, was created based on the Bielke – Cameron story.

Time travel and visionary fiction writer Christina Greenaway would certainly attest to the possibility of reaching alternative dimensions. In her latest book Time Blade, part of her acclaimed series, The Age of Jeweled Intelligence, rebel Sky Hunter is met by his soul guide Tamar. She tells him that in a prior life he’d made a sacred vow to help mankind. He must travel back to the past to learn how to meet this challenge that could very well save humanity on Earth. Sky will learn to wield the Time Blade – a weapon that could prevent human disaster. This powerful instrument can cut, stop, or reverse time.

Time Blade

According to Greenaway, “Time and time travel fascinates me. I wanted to bring time to life as a field of consciousness that could be entered and known. Since we all live in a passage of time, everyone should be able to do this. I wrote “Time Blade” to discover how that might work. Time Blade—the latest book in my Age of Jeweled Intelligence visionary fiction series—spans back and forth through the history of Earth, beginning with the birth of the planet. The first inhabitants descended from a highly evolved civilization on another galaxy.”

In a world filled with new discoveries every day, time travel may not be as distant as it may seem. It may simply be a matter of engaging on a higher level of consciousness. Greenaway states, “In our everyday lives we travel through many planes of consciousness. Sometimes we feel peaceful and close to our divine nature.”

Excerpt from Time Blade Chapter 13

Sky has time-traveled back to his ancient life in the “Age of Jeweled Intelligence,” where he lives as a young man called E’am. A group of dissidents plan to ignite the astral fires of emeralds—EmFire. Mankind is not ready to use this power. An attempt to raise EmFire could result in a terrible disaster. E’am has gained guardianship of Time Blade in this life. He meets with his Teacher, Sun Lord Luca, hoping to gain permission to offer Da’krah, leader of the dissidents, an Honor Killing—a karma-free death in return for sacrificing his quest to raise EmFire.

Luca sits in a wheelchair, running his fingers over the minerals on the windowsills. Sunlight catches mist rising off the water gardens outside, casting rainbows in the fountains. Master directs E’am to the mauve silk chair.
He’s barely seated when the light of Earth’s crown brightens the room, lifting E’am into the visionary plane. He sails into the Council of the Lords with Luca and kneels beside him. Master asks if E’am should offer an Honor Killing to Da’krah, Prince of the Emerald Kingdom. The Lords confer with one another and decide that Time Blade might light up the prince’s memory of his Diamond Intelligence. In other words, yes.
The Council vanishes. E’am slips back into his waking mind. His heart pounds in his chest. He’s competed in fights against Da’krah dozens of times, losing to him more often than winning. Master reminds him of that, saying if Da’krah declines the Honor Killing, which he deems likely, E’am will have to fight for his life.
“There will be no referee to bar the prince from killing you.”
E’am reigns as champion with light blades. He has for five years, but Da’krah cannot use spirit fire, as that requires jeweled intelligence. Da’krah employs brute strength, fighting with his fists, doubly empowered by his attachment to Dark Master. E’am can alter the course of Da’krah’s punches using spirit fire, but it’s a sacred force. He must be well balanced to use it.
“I’ve been fighting against the masters, practicing patience,” E’am says. “I’ve improved. I can handle Da’krah.”
“If you fall short, even for a second, Dark Master will seize you.”
E’am’s throat goes dry. He’d rather die than be captured by the ruler and imprisoned in the Black Heart, which fate he would surely meet. “I know,” he whispers.
Luca stares out the window. “This is not your time to die.”
“All the better.”
“That doesn’t mean you can’t be killed. It’s up to you to guard your life, to make sensible choices.”
“The Lords said Da’krah should be offered an Honor Killing.”
“Are you disciplined to the Blade?”
“I am.”
“Do you claim a pure heart? Can you honor the Blade above all personal causes?”
“You know I can.”
“What proof do you offer?”
E’am gulps a breath. “I passed that test two years ago. You said so yourself.”
“Remind me.”
E’am crosses and uncrosses his legs. He told Luca about Ka’rine offering him sex when he was fifteen, because embarrassing as it was, it proved he wanted Time Blade more than sex, which was monumental at the time. Luca had not made light of it. He had congratulated him, saying he had won the pure heart status. E’am repeats the story.
“Ah, yes, Ka’rine. I’m told she works for you now.”
“She qualified for Elite.”
“Pretty girl. Promiscuous too, so I hear. Is she an ongoing challenge?”
“Of course not. I’m about to marry your daughter.”
Luca drops his head and falls into one of his sudden silences. E’am fights back annoyance with Master. He taps his fingers on the arm of the chair, hoping his absence will be brief. It isn’t. Minutes pass, and then Luca yawns as if waking from a deep sleep.
E’am raises an eyebrow. “Am I to offer Da’krah an Honor Killing today?”
Master speaks softly, his voice low and lyrical. “Do you remember when you first committed to serve Time?”
“When I lived as Rae Blue?”
“Yes. You bowed into Earth’s brand new Cycles of Time, offering your sapphire intelligence to be called upon, as needed.”
E’am thinks back. “Yes. I recall that.”
“What did I say to you, to Rae Blue, when I pulled you up from the Cycles of Time?”
E’am strokes his temples, trying to remember. “I would have to travel back and become Rae Blue again to retrieve that memory.”
Luca leans forward in his chair. “In the interest of time would you like me to remind you?”
E’am nods, selecting the right words. “I would like you to remind me of what you said to Rae Blue at that time.”
Master says, “I warned you to think carefully about the Blade. I told you Time would be your master and Time blends souls and intelligence to suit evolution. It does not recognize the feelings of the human heart—the Earth heart—such as yours.”
E’am ruminates on the warning. “And does this affect my offering Da’krah an Honor Killing?”
“It doesn’t. You may proceed with that.”
Master’s expression falls blank and unreadable, a sign he is withholding information, knowledge he will not offer without specific questioning. The heart is a large and complicated field of emotions. E’am would have to concentrate long and hard in his jeweled wisdom to comprehend what Luca has in mind, and that could take more time than he can spare.
“I stand in good stead with Time Blade?” he asks.
“You do.”
E’am pulls on courage. He’s waited for this day since he first held the Blade in his hand, but reality strikes a bitter chord. He might kill a man today, or be taken prisoner by Dark Master. He stands. “Thank you, Master, for your kindness and patience with me. Thank you for all that you have taught me.”
Luca nods. “Fore’tune to travel well.”

So, what do you think ?
